Diria que ontem foi um reality-check daqueles... sweet liberty!

Acabei a noite com um crash (já não tinha um desde os primeiros dias) e um andar completamente novo.

Levámos rape dos bugs ontem. xD

Antes do update fizemos na boa missões em Impossible, nível 7, depois do update, ontem à noite tivemos que ir baixando, ficámos em Hard, nível 4, e mesmo esse não tava fácil! Se é pra fazer o jogo assim mais díficil, lancem logo os mechs! :009:

(Provavelmente depois de liberar o planeta teremos finalmente acesso aos mechs, bom pormenor de como adicionar novo conteúdo ao jogo 😁)

Overview

Today's patch is dealing with the spawn rate of heavily armored Terminid enemies as well as the possible play against them. It also contains some fixes to UI elements and crash fixes.

Balancing

Enemies:
  • The amount of heavily armored targets that spawn on higher difficulties, especially for Terminids, have been a big discussion point online and internally. The intent is for groups to have to bring some form of anti-tank capability but not to the degree previously needed.
  • To that end we have reduced the spawn rate of Chargers and Bile Titans on difficulties 7 and up. In addition we have reduced the risk of spawn spikes of Chargers and Bile Titans.
  • Please note that we have changed the distribution of enemy types, not reduced difficulty. Expect other enemy types to appear in greater numbers instead.
  • We are humbled by the community's ability to find things like Chargers “leg meta” in our game, however spending your heavy anti tank weapons on legs instead of the obvious weak point seems counter to expectation.
  • We are not changing anything regarding the Charger’s legs, we are however lowering the health of the Charger’s head. It should now be at a point where a well placed shot from a Recoilless Rifle or EAT-17 instantly kills a charger.
  • Together with the unfortunately undocumented change of last patch that increased the armor penetration ability of less well placed shots for EAT-17s and Recoilless Rifle shots, Chargers should now be easier to handle by well equipped groups.

Gameplay

  • "Electronic Countermeasures" operation modifier, which had a chance of giving you a random stratagem instead of the one you input, has been removed in order to be reworked, and will be reintroduced in a future iteration. We found that this modifier wasn’t communicated clearly enough and overall caused more frustration than excitement with the way it was currently implemented. This change was made in 1.000.100 but was unintentionally omitted from the patch notes.

Fixes

  • Fixed missing text on several HUD / UI elements.
  • Fixed several subtitle / VO mismatches in the news videos.
  • Fixed various crashes that occurred mid-gameplay and when deploying to missions.

Known Issues

  • Game crashes when attempting to use a stim while inside an Exosuit.
  • Pink artifacts may appear in the sky when setting off large explosions.
  • Automaton Dropship seemingly disappears and slides in after being shot down.
  • Shots from arc-based weapons may not count towards kills in post-mission stats.
  • Players cannot unfriend other players befriended via friend code.
  • Cross-platform friend invites might not show up in the friend requests tab.
  • Players may be unable to select loadout or return to ship when joining a multiplayer game session via PS5 Activity Card.
  • The Exosuit can destroy itself with rockets if it fires while turning.
  • Text chat box display is obstructed by the cinematic letterboxing during extraction.
  • Some people are unable to accept friend requests. This is mostly an issue cross platform

Fiquei uma semana sem jogar, voltei a jogar ontem com uns amigos e soube que levou uns updates. Sinceramente as empresas devem ter gosto em lançarem updates para meterem os jogos em pior estado.
 
‘Helldivers 2’ Is a Surprise Hit for Sony in an Oversaturated Market

To date, neither has revealed sales numbers, but on Steam, Helldivers 2 hit a peak of more than 450,000 concurrent players, while Suicide Squad's all-time high is less than 13,500, per SteamDB. TD Cowen analyst Doug Creutz estimated that Helldivers 2 has sold more than 8 million copies, and most remarkably, the numbers are growing every week. "We believe the game has performed well ahead of expectations," Creutz wrote in a note Thursday.

Começaram a surgir relatos de estranhos eventos, nomeadamente a aparição de lasers azuis. A teoria é que esta é a misteriosa terceira fação que está a começar a atacar.

Depois do último update na PS5 está sempre aparecer no ecrã uma espécie de tutorial, a dizer para que servem as coisas e etc. Alguém sabe onde se desliga isso?

Overview

For this patch, we have implemented:
  • Fixes to the EXO-45 Patriot exosuit, game stats, UI, and general stability.
  • Balance improvements for planetary hazards and patrol spawns.
Balancing

  • Balanced and adjusted spawn rates for the various planet hazards including tremors, meteor showers, volcanic activity, fire tornados, and ion storms. Hazards should now spawn less frequently during missions.
  • Meteor Shower has received the following changes in addition to reduced spawn rate:
  • Reduced explosion radius
  • Reduced meteor damage slightly
  • Reduced meteor velocity slightly
  • Meteor color has been changed slightly to try and make it easier to spot.
  • Volcanic Activity has received the following changes in addition to reduced spawn rate:
  • Reduced explosion radius
  • Reduced rock velocity slightly
  • Lighting on Fenrir III has been adjusted to be a bit less bright to improve visibility during meteor showers
Fixes

  • Reduced incidents of patrols spawning on players.
  • Exosuit no longer destroys itself when firing a missile while turning .
  • Exosuit retains its melee functionality, even when damaged.
Crash Fixes for the following scenarios
  • When ALT+Tabbing in fullscreen mode
  • After changing voice over language
  • PS5 boot issue
  • Using a stim inside of an Exosuit while wielding a grenade
  • When joining an ongoing mission
  • When idling on the title screen
  • Shots from arc-based weapons, such as 'Blitzer' shotgun and 'AC-8 Arc Thrower' stratagem now count towards "Shots fired" and "Shots hit" stats.
  • Fixed network desync issue with downed Automaton dropships.
  • Fixed Elgato Stream Deck Foot Pedal support.
Known Issues

These are issues that were either introduced by this patch and are being worked on, or are from a previous version and have not yet been fixed.

Various issues involving friend invites and cross-play:
  • Cross-platform friend invites might not show up in the Friend Requests tab.
  • Players cannot unfriend other players befriended via friend code.
  • Players cannot unblock players that were not in their Friends list beforehand.
  • Players cannot befriend players with Steam names shorter than 3 characters.
  • Hellpod steering close to large or important objects is currently not functioning as intended, resulting in steering being disabled in a large area around the object.
  • Online features are not functioning when console language is set to Ukrainian.
  • Players may be unable to select loadout when joining a multiplayer via an activity card.
  • Planet liberation reaches 100% at the end of every Defend mission.
  • Drowning in deep water with a Vitality Booster equipped puts Helldiver in a broken state.
  • Exosuits will sometimes be delivered in a damaged or broken state.
  • Stratagem beam might attach itself to an enemy but it will deploy to its original location.
  • Pink artifacts may appear in the sky when setting off large explosions.
  • Text chat box display is obstructed by the cinematic letterboxing during extraction.
  • Sometimes the player’s loadout customizations will reset after restarting the game.

Começo a ter uma opinião diferente do jogo. É uma mess completa.

Tem periodos que é jogável, tem periodos que é totalmente impossivel. Tenho feito uns Alt+F4 ao jogo pois estou sempre perante situações completamente impossivels, em "EXTREME", sendo que a última estava rodeado de uns 100 insetos voadores, 3 bile titan, uns 3 ou 4 Chargers, a minha equipa constantemente a morrer.... epah, ALT+F4. Nunca mais lhe peguei.

Neste caso diminuir a dificuldade não ajuda? Se está muito difícil acho o melhor senão não tiras proveito do jogo
 
A questão é que.... em Extreme até conseguia jogar, com algum desafio é certo, mas era gerível. Da última vez que tentei, para aí na 5ª feira, estava mesmo impossivel dada a quantidade absurda de insectos.

E tenho reparado nisso. Estão ainda muito na fase de experimentação, sendo que o balanceamento uns dias parece OK, outros... epah....
 
Eu com a squad do costume jogamos todas as noites em nível 7 - Suicide (é um nível acima de Extreme), parece ser o "soft spot" mais balanceado entre desafio e diversão, e também porque só de nível 7 pra cima é que tens as samples super raras (roxas).

Mas é verdade que ainda andam a experimentar com a dificuldade, há dias que levamos uma tareia, à outros que parece um passeio no parque (ou secalhar tamos a ficar mais skilled xD)

De qualquer maneira, depois de quase 90h de jogo, vale cada cêntimo, e isto é só a ponta do icebergue, para quem segue os leaks no reddit e youtube, vem aí tanta coisa nova :D
 
Eu acho que eles mexeram na vida das personagens, eu agora levo duas cacetadas dos inimigos fico logo a soro.

Tenho jogado menos este jogo mas sempre que lá vou parece que está ainda pior.
